Maybe you just need, like, an associate's degree in Universe Mastering from Eternia Community College? And maybe at least two years work experience with monsters, lasers, swords and giant green tigers?

Well, it does take place in an alternate reality/dimension, so maybe they've got a really small universe? Maybe it doen't take much to be a master of their universe?

So, Cyborg was really created using sets and props from the failed MoTU sequel? I never knew...how bizarre! Funny enough, I've seen both movies multiple times (usually on Detroit 20, or whatever it was back in the day).

The whole MoTU/He-Man thing confused me as a kid...I mean, I knew they were the same thing, but I was so annoyed they didn't call the movie "He-Man" - even the cartoon was called He-Man (and the Masters of the Universe)... and who exactly are these so-called Masters of the Universe? Not my Universe, buddy! I mean, Man-at-Arms could hardly be considered that...after all, he was just a man..ahem...at arms. For all intents and purposes, all any of them really were were maybe, possibly "Masters of Eternia".... who thought up that whole sloppy "...Universe" part?

My favorite part of Heartbreak Ridge, which isn't a particularly good movie but which I enjoy anyway, is before the actual combat mission when they have a simulated one. They're walking into a town or something and the nerdy lieutenant guy is with them and Clint starts shooting his AK 47 at the team. Everyone takes cover and the nerdy guy is like "What the hell was that?" and one of the people says "It's an AK 47, sir!" and then the wiseass guy (his name is Profile, I think) kinda sarcastically says "It's the preferred weapon of our enemy." Yeah, so that sounds kinda lame, but in the movie it's actually quite funny.

I don't know why, I always think I'm going to hate Heartbreak Ridge, and I probably should, because it's not a particularly good movie, but I always end up sucked in at the end, when they're under fire, and Swede gets hurt, and the little nerdy guy finally steps up to the plate.

HA! Mark isn't even trying, so Alex wins by default!

A round of applause for our winner! Woohoo!

If we were on the Price is Right, you'd have both lost, though. On Saturday I watched...

*drum roll*

Heartbreak Ridge, starring Clint Eastwood.

Five?

(Plus I thought in the shower "I probably should have said Masters of the Universe". Compelling argument!)

I think that this calls for a tie breaker. The movie is technically called Masters of the Universe, but Alex's argument is strong too- "He-Man" does generally imply "Masters of the Universe" and I bet most people think of it as "The He-Man movie".

So, in order to not have to make the tough call of deciding the winner, I will offer a tie breaker round. I watched a movie on Saturday. How many words were in the title of the movie?
The person who comes closest wins.

Well, I think that "Masters of the Universe" is implicit if you say "He-Man". So I win. Unless you really want it, Mark.

Of course, we shall let Roy judge.

No, it's definitely Masters of the Universe (the He Man movie). That's man at arms on the left. I should have known.

So Roy, who wins this round? Without Alex's guess, I probably wouldn't have gotten it...
